After Britney Spears' recent psychological meltdown, the pop star could only find solace and comfort with her paparazzi photographer lover, Adnan Ghalib (shown above). That's right, the two ran away on what I'm going to call a "lover's escapade" as they shared a whole meal of food at the Daily Grill in Palm Desert, California yesterday and then concluded the day together at the Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica. Specifically, OK! Magazine reports:
First came a story from the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Vegas Confidential column, which claims that Britney and her married photographer boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, were spotted grabbing a bite together Sunday morning at the Daily Grill in Palm Desert, Calif., about 120 miles east of Los Angeles. Sources tell OK! that Adnan owns a house in nearby Desert Palm Springs.
And then, according to a brief item on X17online.com, the falling star and Adnan are currently holed up the Shutters Hotel on the Beach in Santa Monica, Calif.
That article also claims that Adnan, who infamously crossed that thin line between celebrity and the paparazzi who photograph them on Dec. 22, when he enjoyed a sleepover party with the pop princess at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, is attempting to sell photographs he's taken of his time with Britney for millions of dollars.
Aww, and to think, right up until the end there, I was hopeful that Britney finally found love. Instead, though, it seems clear that this Adnan photographer guy is just pretending to like Britney so he can cash in on selling some high-priced paparazzi snapshots. I can't really blame the guy, though. That's pretty similar to every real relationship I've been in. I've basically preyed on high-maitenance women with lots of psychological baggage. It's just easier that way. You know, nail 'em while they're vulnerable. That's my motto. It's just unfortunate that a sweet, innocent gal like Britney has to be on the receiving end of such a scam. She just deserves so much better, really. And to think, she could have still been with K-Fed if she only kept her act together for about 10 seconds! 'Tis a shame, really.
