Reports are now saying that Gwyneth Paltrow's hospitalization last week occurred because of a "little gastrointestinal situation." Specifically, The New York Post's Page Six reports:
I don't buy it. There was way too much commotion going on during this Gwyneth Paltrow hospitalization situation that I highly doubt it was a little "gastrointestinal situation." I mean, reports said that Gwyneth was "slumped over a wheelchair" when she entered New York's Mt. Sinai hospital last Monday... it seemed way more serious than just a little stomach problem. I don't know many people who have to be wheeled around in a wheelchair because they had a couple of bad burritos. Plus, if it was just a minor gastrointestinal matter, then why was her husband so on-edge last week that he beat up a photographer who got in his way last week. Sure, I admit, those photographers can be very intrusive... but in this particular situation, it pretty much just seemed like Chris was on a very short fuse that day. Perhaps because something more serious was wrong with his wife and this whole "gastrointestinal" thing is a mere cover-up. Hmm... I smell a conspiracy. We'll keep you posted on any further developments with respect to this matter.
