Roselyn Sanchez is a Puerto Rican born singer, model, film, and television actress. Oh, and did I mention she's smokin' hot. I don't know what it is about this chick, but I love everything about her. I'd marry this "Boriqua" and cook arroz con pollo (that's Spanish for "rice with chicken") for her my whole life if I could. Unfortunately, she's engaged to some second-rate soap opera actor, Eric Winter... but that doesn't matter... my arroz con pollo offer still stands!
Anyway, many of you might not be too familiar with Roselyn, so maybe it will help if I tell you that she's probably best known for her appearance as Jackie Chan's love interest in "Rush Hour 2". And, if that's not enough Roselyn for you, you can catch her as the sexy Agent Elena Delgado on CBS's "Without a Trace" on Thursday nights at 10! Seriously, check her out if you get a chance. Oh, and if you're really lucky, it will be an episode where she speaks Spanish for a little bit... ahh, I love it! Her and that Latina attitude! She's basically the poor man's Eva Longoria! I mean, I'm poor... so we were basically meant to be together!
