Britney Spears' close friend, Sam Lutfi (shown above), gave testimony about Britney in a court deposition yesterday. As for what was said throughout the deposition, OK! Magazine reports:
One of the other topics reportedly discussed was whether Sam himself took pictures of Britney and the boys, and then tried to sell them to various magazines and TV shows.
Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is reportedly hell-bent on trying to prove that Britney may have been complicit in the alleged deals Lutfi was trying to make with photo agencies, the insider tells OK!.
Sources tell OK! that according to K-fed and Britney's divorce agreement, neither one of them is allowed to set up photo shoots of the boys without the other's permission."
So, even K-Fed's lawyer is trying to prove that Britney has been in on it with the paparazzi all along, and that she actually sets up shoots for publicity at certain times when she leaves her home. This is starting to get a little complicated... it seems like there could be this whole conspiracy going on in the Britney household. First, she appears to be the victim... then all of a sudden she's the ringleader behind this whole insane progression of events. The real victim in all of this: my tiny little fragile heart. If this turns out to be true, I'll be betrayed... and betrayal just isn't something I can handle in my life right now.
