Although 50 Cent isn't quite known for dishing out respect to fellow celebrities, there's one guy that makes him feel "like a normal person", and that's Robert DeNiro. TMZ says:
Well, I would hope that 50 Cent, or should I say "Fitty" or "Mr. Fitty" (I'm not quite sure how you appropriately address a rapping gangster) has respect for DeNiro. I mean, without DeNiro using his acting roles to introduce the world to the influence of the mafia lifestyle, there would be nothing honorable about being a "gangster". If it weren't for art portraying organized crime, drug trafficking, and murder as something poetic... nobody would listen to 50 and his violence. He'd just be some low-life drug dealer punk who got shot with a "gat" a few times.
Plus, he better give DeNiro respect, because if he doesn't and DeNiro finds out, I can pretty much guarantee Pacino and Pesci will come out of nowhere and beat 50 with a baseball bat, or stab him will a soldering iron. I can picture it now, DeNiro's saying to fifty: "You talkin' to me!? Are YOU, talkin' to ME!?" And then Pesci's there holding a baseball bat that's bigger than him, and he's looking up at DeNiro yelling out in his little squeaky voice: "Let me hit him, Bobby! Come on, Bobby, just a couple of swings to the skull won't kill him!" Seriously, that's how it would happen... because these guys are ruthless killers in real life too... it's not that I just have a hard time distinguishing between movies and real-life, nope, not at all!
