Amy Winehouse is now being questioned by London police about a videotape that captures the troubled singer smoking crack at a party in her London home. Specfically, The New York Daily News says:
No charges were filed and an investigation is continuing, police said.
Last month, The Sun tabloid ran still images from a video that showed the jazz-pop diva inhaling fumes from a small pipe.
The images were said to have been filmed during a party at Winehouse's London home.
Winehouse - who shot to fame with the autobiographical single "Rehab" - has since been admitted to a London rehabilitation center.
On Wednesday, London's Metropolitan Police said detectives interview a 24-year-old woman the previous day over allegations of drug possession. It is policy not to name suspects who have not been charged but an officer read out the statement in response to a request for information about Winehouse."
So, not only has Amy been spending the most recent days of her life in and out of rehab, she's also being questioned by police and could possibly be charged for drug possession. Nice. Pretty soon, instead of singing about not wanting to go to rehab, she's going to have to write an autobiographical song about how she didn't want to go to jail. Maybe something like "They tried to make me go to prison, but I said NO! NO! NO!". Hey, I think that could work out pretty well for her... I even have an idea for a title she could use. She could call it: "Resisting Arrest". Brilliant!
Anyway, here's Amy looking crazy per usual out in London taking a break from her stay in rehab the other day. She's cute, isn't she? Enjoy, kids!
