While Paris Hilton was in Boston yesterday to accept her Woman of the Year Award from Harvard University's Harvard Lampoon Magazine, she took some time out of her busy schedule to make a fool out of herself at Boston's Estate night club... she even gave the glorious city of Boston the pleasure of witnessing a brand new version of one of her famous, patented nipple slips!!!
