Heidi Montag's new music video for her song "Higher" (shown in the YouTube video above) has received some seriously negative reviews, but, ironically, it has reached as high as No. 7 on the iTunes Top 10 pop chart! However, despite that good news, the negative feedback from audiences across America have really hurt Heidi's heart! Specifically, Us Magazine reports:
"I just started sobbing uncontrollably," The Hills star tells Us.
"I cried myself to sleep that first night after my video came out," she says. "I just couldn't understand why people I didn't even know felt the need to be so cruel and hurtful toward me."
"I am just a 21-year-old from a small town in Colorado trying to follow her dreams," Montag says.
Boyfriend Spencer Pratt, the director of the video, was there for support. "I just held her and told her it was going to be OK," he tells Us. "This is just part of being an artist. If it were easy, everyone would be a pop star."
How did the video concept come to be?
"We were at the beach and, literally, Spencer had his camera and a boom box in the trunk," Montag recalls of the amateur shoot in October. "We did it in one take, maybe two, and it took us 20 minutes to film and cost us zero dollars.""
Aww, that's terrible. It's a sad tale of a young girl who has come from nothing and is stuggling to make a name for herself in the world of pop music. You can't help feeling bad for her... until you realize that she's a shallow, talentless, young girl who is stuffing her name down the throats of the American public as much as she can just so she can get some publicity for herself! And what's all this talk about not spending much time and money on the project... I mean, she had enough cash for the nose job and the breast implants that she admits to having... the price for those two procedures have to go into the cost of the video... because without those, Heidi would just be another bony, annoying broad with a terrible voice and spastic arm movement dance-moves! Well, that's okay... if she never really makes it as a pop star... there's some good news... if things get really bad and her fame runs dry and she ends up homeless... she's got a great pair of implants that she could maybe sell on e-bay for a little cash! Okay, maybe that was a little bit harsh... but no one ever said the truth was pretty!
