The court has issued a restraining order against Britney Spears's friend and manageer, Sam Lutfi, that demands that Sam cannot approach Britney until at least March 17th! People Magazine says:
The two-page order by U.S. District Judge Phillip Gutierrez was in response to a request by Spears's father Jamie Spears, who is co-conservator of her $100 million estate.
Jamie had asked the judge to extend the temporary restraining order – served on Thursday and set to expire a day later on Friday – until the judge rules on an unusual civil rights challenge to the conservatorship.
The temporary restraining order could be extended at a March 17 hearing. But Jamie Spears would have to be able to successfully serve Lutfi with notice of the hearing; in the past, Jamie has complained that Lutfi apparently attempted to dodge being served."
Well, I guess this was expected to happen after Lutfi admitted to drugging britney. Yea, Britney's family was pretty ticked off about that... so, it's only right that a restraining order was served and extended to March 17th. So, that's it, no more Britney for Lutfi... at least for a while. So, what's this guy going to do for food and stuff now that he has no one to mooch off of? Hmm... maybe he'll just live in the alley by the dumpster in back of Britney's house gathering small scraps of food from the garbage and drinking puddle-water for nourishment. But I don't think that will break the bond of friendship that Britney and Sam had. In fact, it might make their bond stronger.
I can see it now, Sam's living out in the alley looking all dirty and scruffy for a few weeks, then finally he musters up enough courage to throw a little pebble at Britney's window. Then, when Britney realizes it's him, she screams out "SAM!" and she suddenly throws down her long, blonde hair toward him so he can climb up the side of her estate and into her room... only to find out that it wasn't just one long piece of fairy-tale hair, but was actually a bunch of weaves that Britney had tied together to form a rope! Ahh, their love is like something out of Shakespeare... NOTHING can get between them... nevermind some little restraining order!
