Gary Busey Kisses Jennifer Garner's Neck at The Oscars!

Last night at the Oscars, Gary Busey interrupted an interview given by Ryan Seacrest to Laura Linney and Jennifer Garner. At one point, Busey got right in there and kissed Jennifer's neck! You can see all of the fun, crazy action in the YouTube video above! Ahh, that's amazing stuff. See, I wouldn't mind being Gary Busey. I mean, the guy's such a lunatic that most people don't know what to think about him. He's one of "those people" who you can't tell whether their high on drugs or if they really just are that crazy in the head. Regardless, the guy pretty much lives a consequence-free life, considering that no one actually holds him responsible for his actions... they just all think he's crazy. Personally, I think he's a genius... he's been acting like a lunatic for years... probably just so he can enjoy moments just like this! I mean, how else would he ever get to kiss Jennifer Garner's neck!? When you think about it, it's a brilliant move! Lunatic, you say!? HA! Never! He's my idol!!!
