Jamie Lynn Spears (shown above next to her mom) finally got her GED!!! Wow, does this mean she's a role model!? A pregnant teen with a GED... if that doesn't speak to the youth of America, I don't know what does! Anwyay, People Magazine reports:
The Zoey 101 star passed her high school equivalency exam about a month ago – scoring particularly well on reading comprehension – and is looking to take the ACT college entrance test, the friend says.
"She's already got her diploma," according to the friend. "She wants to take her ACT. She's not wasting any time. People don't know her. When she gets something in her head, she'll make it happen. Everybody is so supportive of her.""
Wow, Jamie gets her GED and it's written up in national magazines... what causes concern about Jamie? Is it her teen pregnancy or her lunatic sister that gives her so much fame? I doubt it's the GED and the pregnancy itself because I went to high school with a girl, ironically, also named Jamie, who dropped out of school after a teen pregnancy of her own... and she went on to get her GED... but once she got it, she didn't get any fancy articles written about her... all she got was a government-sanctioned duplex in the projects and a carton of Marlboro lights from her mother! How's that for a "graduation gift" (if you want to call it that)!?
Yea, so, big deal, Jamie Lynn Spears got her GED and is trying to go to college... try doing that and raising a kid in the projects and then come talk to me! Because that's how chicks roll in my town! Yea, we got some tough broads... no big deal! I have to admit though, Jamie Lynn looks pretty good for a pregnant teen... most of the chicks from my hometown in similar situations usually had stringy blonde hair, raspy voices, and leathery skin that smelled like cigarettes and moldy banana peels. So, I guess, with that considered, congratulations is in order for young Jamie Lynn Spears... not for the GED, but the fact that she still looks HOT! Yea, I said it! I know, I'm filthy... what can I say, I'm basically like a young Gary Busey!!!
