The Spice Girls have performed for their last time together... well, at least in this reunion tour! Sadly, People Magazine says:
"Our time is up ... we've come to the end of the road ... there are tears of both sadness and joy. Look how far we've come!," the group wrote on their Web site. "Yes, our reunion tour is proof that dreams do come true.""
I can't believe this! This is terrible! The Spice Girls are done! Never to perform again! If the world itself had just one eye, I truly believe that it would be filled with tears on this day... wait a minute, I have just been informed that this is not 1996. My apologies. I was terribly misinformed and failed to recognize the fact that it is many years later than I had originally thought and that NO ONE CARES about The Spice Girls. My deepest, sincerest apologies.
Oh, and just when you thought this would be the absolute end of seeing these wonderfully talented little ladies... do not give up hope! They say that they will always keep their imaginations open about working in the future. Specifically, People further reports:
Well, I guess we should always have hope in The Spice Girls. After all, The Spice Girls themselves are a symbol of hope... proving to the world that there truly is life after menopause! Which is a great accomplishment coming from a female, British version of The Village People. All right, Farewell, ladies! I can't believe you made it this far with your reunion tour, I figured someone's osteoporosis in the group would have led to a few injuries... but no, you all fought through it as a group and I'm proud of you!
