Star Magazine saw Nicole Richie and her pregnancy breasts heading over to the Equinox gym yesterday afternoon.
Star reports that the Joel Madden sperm-carrier spent about 45 minutes with a trainer doing some lunges and working with a medicine ball, among other exercises.
