Cynthia Nixon (better known as "Miranda", that weird red-headed broad from Sex and the City) has finally opened up about her same-sex relationship with her girlfriend of four years, Christine Marinoni (pictured above right). The New York Daily News' Gatecrasher reports:
Until now, the actress has said little publicly about Christine Marinoni, the red-headed education activist she has been with since 2003. That year, Nixon separated from her boyfriend of 15 years, Danny Mozes, the father of her children Samantha, 11, and Charles, 6.
"I'm in a fantastic relationship. It's been about four years," Nixon, 41, said.
"I'm in love with [Christine] because she's her. If she were a man, would I be in love with her? I don't know. We shop and cook and raise children - we both pitch in.""
Aww, that's beautiful. See, I'm all for "unconventional" relationships... that's cool. But I just want to know how Cynthia scored such a hot piece! I mean, I'm a handsome dude with a chiseled jaw and abs so rock hard that little old women in third-world countries sometimes use my abdomen as a sturdy, coarse surface to scrub their clothes while they're washing them... and even I haven't scored anything that hot! And, here's the kicker, when asked what keeps their relationship fresh, Cynthia said it was Christine's adventurousness in bed! (Okay, that was a lie, but just play along) Hot and kinky... damn you, Cynthia! You've stolen the woman of my dreams! Well, I guess that deep down, all I can do is be happy that she's happy. Is it a tough pill to swallow? Yes. But it just has to be this way.
