After deliberating for two hours, the seven-member jury recommended no criminal charges be filed at the conclusion of an inquest into the boy's death on Monday.
The inquest began last November to determine what killed the 20-year-old in September 2006."

Upon the determination of Daniel's death, one cannot help but remember the tragic death of Heath Ledger, who also died of what was deemed an accidental overdose. It is sad that it is sometimes in the midst of Hollywood, a world of superficiality, power, and fearlessness, that life's fragility becomes most apparent.
