Mariah Carey has officially surpassed Elvis' record of 17 No. 1 singles! Us Magazine reports:
"Touch My Body," the singer's first single from her new album, E=MC2, went straight to the top of the Billboard Hot 100.
The achievement marks Carey's 18th No. 1 single, surpassing Elvis Presley's record of 17. She is now poised to surpass the Beatles' all-time high of 20 No. 1 singles."
Wow, that's weird to me because I didn't know Mariah Carey was still singing. In fact, now that I think about it, I kind of forgot that she was still alive. Sure, every now and again I would see her and her massive boobs parading around somewhere for some stupid event... but it was never anything of importance. Then, after a while, I didn't even notice her. But now, getting on top of Elvis... that's crazy. What a minute, that last little "getting on top of Elvis" phrase was poorly worded. It sounds creepy and somewhat sexual.
Hmm, maybe that's because my subconscious just immediately associates Mariah and her big boobs with trampish qualities. Yea, I think that's what it was. Sorry about that. That was somewhat inappropriate, and if I weren't such a scumbag, I'd probably apologize. However, I am and I won't. Sorry, kids, that's just the way it has to be!
