Yesterday, I reported that Naomi Campbell was arrested at Heathrow Airport for assaulting a cop. Now, the details have come out, and they're not pretty! The New York Daily News reports:
The volatile vixen, who was headed to a memorial service in California, reportedly went bonkers when flight attendants on British Airways Flight 269 informed her one of her bags was missing.
Witnesses said Campbell, 37, began berating staffers, who apologized and vowed to find her bag and forward it to her in Los Angeles.
Passenger Brad Gunn, 58, of London, said, "It was pretty violent. You could hear her screaming. It went on maybe 10 or 15 minutes. You could tell she was very upset."
London market researcher David Rankin, 43, said, "It was so bad they had to get three cops to take her away."
The officers approached Campbell in the first class section, only to get a taste of her infamous temper.
"Get off me! Leave me alone!" Campbell reportedly screamed.
Authorities said she spit on and took a swing at one male cop before being deemed unfit to fly and removed from the plane in handcuffs.'
Wow, that's pretty crazy... even for a celebrity. I'm surprised all she did was get arrested... usually, for things like that these days, authorities take you into this little interrogation room with nothing but white walls and a folding chair and tase you until you confess to the Kennedy assassination.
In fact, one time, I was traveling to Europe and in the line ahead of me, I saw that this English dude was interrogating the hell out of this kid... it turned out that the guy at the airport suspected her was some sort of terrorist or something because they thought he looked like he was of Arab descent. Turns out, the kid was just a random Mexican-American who wanted to see the sites. So, yea, they're pretty rough over there. It will be interesting to see what kind of repercussions that Naomi is going to have to face after this little stunt she just pulled!
