The other day it was reported that Mischa Barton was expected to serve three years of probation for her DUI and marijuana possession charges, and today, Mischa was actually sentenced to those three years of probation! OK! Magazine says:
Anthony V. Salerno, an attorney for the O.C. star, who did not attend the Beverly Hills hearing, reached a plea agreement with prosecutors, who agreed to the probation in lieu of jail time.
"The DAs were very fair in handling this case," her lawyer said afterwards. "Mischa's glad the case has been resolved."
In addition to the probation, the 22-year-old starlet was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and to complete a three-month alcohol education class. Also, charges of marijuana possession against the actress have also been dropped."
So yea, everything they thought would happen with Mischa in court actually did happen... so no surprises there. However, what is slightly surprising is that Mischa, knowing that her sentencing for her DUI would come soon, decided to do a staged bikini photoshoot all Heidi Montag style yesterday. That's right, Mischa had it all planned... right around the time of her sentencing, she went out on Malibu beach and frolicked around in her little bikini looking for attention. Sure, it's pretty pathetic that she's so desperate for publicity these days that she's trying to get any attention possible, even if it's surrounded by the negativity of her DUI... but hey, if her desperation means that I can see her little love pillows (breasts) and her behind in a bikini, I'm happy!
Not to mention, if she always does all she can for attention when she's in trouble, here's hoping that she gets in even more trouble with the law! If getting sentenced to probation puts her in a bikini... imagine if she gets caught robing a bank! We're talking at least full nudity after that for publicity, maybe even a sex tape! Babbbbyyy! I know, I know... you're thinking: "Ace, you dirty dog, you!" And you know what, it's true... I'm not ashamed of who I am... in fact, I embrace it! Enjoy the Mischa!
