New reports are now saying that NIck Cannon and Mariah Carey were not only engaged, but actually got secretly married on some undisclosed island! Specifically, OK! Magazine reports:
"Yes, we know. He called and told us all about it," Linda tells E!. "We are happy for him. If that is what he wants then we are happy for him."
As for the specifics, including whether or not the wedding took place in the Bahamas, (as previously reported) Mrs. Cannon declined to elaborate. "I'm not going to give you any details, but we are happy for him," she said.
Earlier Thursday, anonymous sources told Latina.com that 39-year old Carey had indeed wed her much younger beau in a secret ceremony at an undisclosed island location."
You know what really puts my panties in a bunch... eh hem.. I mean, my boxer briefs (you get the idea)... is that Nick Cannon isn't all that much older than me and here he is running off to undisclosed tropical islands and marrying hot diva baby carrots like Mariah Carey. I grew up hearing Mariah all over the place... she was that hot baby who could sing higher and more powerfully than a young Diana Ross... she was a legend! And, now, Nick, who is 11 whole years younger than the beautiful Mariah is going to have a smokin' hot, newly revived R&B starlet all to himself forever!
Well, considering it's show business, he'll probably have her for maybe a year or two until Mariah realizes it was a mistake to marry some no-talent punk kid... but hey, who am I to judge... I'm just about Nick's age and he's marrying Mariah and I'm still living in my parents basement eating Cheetos and wiping the orange dust on my boxer shorts!
