Petra Nemcova is selling real estate now? Apparently she's working with some big real estate agency to sell two New York apartments in the $25 million range! The New York Post's Page Six reports:
Busy Nemcova was honored by the International Renewable Energy Organization Friday at the UN for the work of her Happy Hearts Foundation."
Petra Nemcova does real estate? Is that what's happening now? You know what, I'm okay with it, because, honestly, Petra could show me around an abandoned crack house in South Central L.A. and I'd probably buy it from her for a million dollars... just because Petra Nemcova told me so. In fact, I think that's the future of sales in the world of business... have supermodels sell everything! Not just clothes and lingerie... no, I want these chicks to be out there selling apartments, houses, cars...
Just picture it now... you go into a used car dealership looking for a late 90s Taurus just because you need something to get around in... and you end up leaving the lot in a beat-up, overpriced BMW (which you'll never be able to make payments for) just because Petra Nemcova was the dealer and she said something about how good you looked in the test drive when you were "using the stick shift".
Think about it, you could sell ice to Eskimoes if Petra's the one selling it. Oh, and one more thing, she's gotta be in lingerie the whole time... you know, it would probably work either way, but it's just that much more exciting. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go patent my idea and start a worldwide business of smokin' hot supermodels selling stuff! Babbbyyyy!
