Oprah Winfrey is going vegan for 21 days to lose weight. Us Magazine says:
Oprah Winfrey is hoping to shed some serious pounds.
The daytime diva, 54, has announced she is going vegan for a 21-day detox.
And she insists on her blog that it isn't so bad.
"Wow, wow, wow! I never imagined meatless meals could be so satisfying." she writes. "I had been focused on what I had to give up — sugar, gluten, alcohol, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese. 'What's left?' I thought. Apparently a lot. I can honestly say every meal was a surprise and a delight, beginning with breakfast — strawberry rhubarb wheat-free crepes."

That's good for Oprah, it's healthy to be a vegan. But why only 21 days, is that really going to do anything. Seriously, Oprah, let's be realistic here, if you really want to lose some weight you're going to have to go vegan for wayyy longer than that! Yea, I said it!
