Actress Kirsten Dunst claims that her recent time in rehab was not for alcoholo or drug abuse treatment, but because of depression. Us Magazine says:
Kirsten Dunst is opening up about why she checked into a Utah treatment center last year.
“I didn’t go to Cirque Lodge for alcohol abuse or drug abuse,” the actress, 26, tells E! in a new interview. “I went there for depression.”
She says "it was a good six months before I decided to go away.
“I was struggling, and I had the opportunity to go somewhere and take care of myself," she continues. "I was fortunate to have the resources to do it. My friends and family thought it was a good idea, too. But I didn't know where to go. My doctor recommended Cirque Lodge.""

I don't know, all of this sounds like a cover-up to avoid any bad press she would get if she admitted she was an alcoholic or a drug addict. Then again, if I had to wake up in the morning looking like Kirsten Dunst, I'd probably have to go to rehab after seeing myself in the mirror too! Yea, I said it!
