Trust, and/or they're just sexually attracted to each other in a deep, personal way! Then again, I could see how trust could be an issue... Lindsay Lohan's parents are absolutely crazy and were never there for her... it makes sense that Lindsay would latch on to anyone who she thinks could be a trustworthy friend!
