Kate Hudson traveled with new beau Lance Armstrong to Canada over the weekend to help raise over $1 million dollars for cancer research on a fund-raising bike ride.
Armstrong hopped on his bike Saturday morning in the small town of Waterloo, Ontario – along with 40 other local residents – for a 117-kilometer "Ride With Lance" event. Donations were to raise money for cancer treatment for two nearby hospitals – Grand River Hospital in Kitchener and Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.
The couple – who have remained mum about their relationship – managed to have a romantic yet rugged mini-vacation before the race. They braved mosquito season for several days in Muskoka, a rustic, northern Ontario summer vacation enclave where Hudson's mother, Goldie Hawn, has a cabin."

So, despite Kate Hudson trying her hardest to keep her relationship with Lance Armstrong top secret, it appears that the two are getting closer and closer. Seriously, why would Kate ever go up to a mosquito-infested part of Canada and ride bikes with Lance for over 100 kilometers... if that doesn't say "I love you, Lance," then I don't know what does!
