You know, usually celebrities say that they're in rehab for anxiety and depression when it's really drug-related, but this time, I believe Heather Locklear. I mean, after all, she's getting old, who knows what those hormonal changes are doing to her head! I hear menopause is tough! But, as crazy as she is, wow, does she look hot!
