Unfortunately, I think the moment has come for me to take down this protective barrier of sarcasm and satire that I hide behind and share a little piece of myself that lies deep within my heart.
Ok, here goes. I'm in love with Rachael Leigh Cook.
In fact, I've loved her since she was in She's All That. Well, maybe it wasn't just her I loved... I am a sucker for Freddie Prinze Jr. movies...
Nothing compares to that moment in just about all of his movies when the hot bittie chick finally catches on and gives him the whole "I was just a bet!?" spiel and Freddie responds with the whole "No!.. Well... I mean, you were... but you're so much more than that!
Now that's love! I'm still waiting for someone to love me like that.
Nevertheless, although I may or may not have forgotten about her since I saw that movie back in '99 when I was in high school going through the same type of identity crisis Rachael was experiencing then, it doesn't mean that I ever stopped loving her. Nope. Not even for a second!
And, having stumbled upon these candids of her arriving in Toronto this weekend, all of my loving thoughts were re-kindled.
Rachael's here, fully clothed (with what looks like some lint and dog hairs on her shirt if you look closely), doing nothing more than walking around with her travel bags. Nothing special.
Except that she is ungodly cute.
I know, I know, she's not a dirty tramp frolicking on the beach which is my usual style. But that's just me hiding my inner sensitivity with a metaphorical brick wall of superficiality and sexually derogatory remarks. I honestly just think this chick has this unique type of cuteness that I just absolutely adore.
Imagine what that pretty face would look like when she's looking up at you from...
HA! I had you all believing me for a minute there, didn't I. I know I did... don't you lie to me boy!
Anyway, check out Rachael, and if you look closely you can kinda see through her shirt. Jackpot!
