Mischa Barton was at the Save the Children’s 75th Anniversary Celebration in New York City the other night and it appears that you can see the northern arc of her left nipple.
I like that... "Northern Arc." It's got a nice ring to it. Probably because it makes something as trashy as getting a cheap peak at some poor girl's nipple sound so elegant.
