MacBecks, which the show's director calls a "wild comedy romp," pokes fun at the international supercouple, mixing details of their headline-making life with various bits from classic William Shakespeare plays.
“We’re very excited by the script," says Ronan Smith of Long Road Productions, which is behind the staging of the satirical sing-song affair. "It borrows from Shakespeare’s Macbeth, King Lear and Romeo & Juliet."
According to reports, Posh will be portrayed as an ambitious Lady Macbeth for whom husband David sacrifices his career."

Aww that's sad, poor Victoria and David Beckham shouldn't be made fun of like that. Sure, they've dedicated their lives to sacrificing everything they've ever truly stood for in life just so they could be rich and famous and hang out in L.A. with that lunatic Tom Cruise... but come on, they're not that bad.
