Christie Brinkley gave an emotional testimony in court today during her divorce trial, saying that all she wanted was to have a "big happy family." The New York Daily News reports:
Christie Brinkley tearfully testified today that all she ever wanted was a "big happy family," and hasn't dated since her split from hubby Peter Cook.
The supermodel told her divorce trial that she has been totally focused on keeping her three kids happy and secure since she caught Cook cheating last summer.
"The role of family to me is the most important thing," said Brinkley, 54. "I'm sorry I'm crying right now but that's the only thing I've ever wanted us a big, happy family."
Brinkley said she first told the kids she and Cook were having a "time out" then said he'd gone for a long business trip.
Finally, she explained that, "Daddy had fallen out of love with mommy."
