The pop icons are teaming up to film a segment that is expected to be part of Madonna's upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour. "Britney is excited, but in a grown up way," says the source, who has seen the singer through her recent ups-and-downs. "She has come a long way in the last year."
In fact Spears, who has gone to a lightened baby blonde hair color for the shoot, arrived at 9 a.m. Wednesday to begin filming her segment at The Lot in West Hollywood."

Well, I'm glad that Britney Spears is excited "in a grown up way" to be working with Madonna! Sure, I mean, maybe Britney still kind of acts like a young child who doesn't quite understand anything about the world just yet, but she's working hard to start acting more like a "grown up." Yay for Britney! Maybe one day she'll be grown up enough to go potty all by herself too! Seriously, as far as she's come, she's still like a child. I DO hope she makes out with Madonna again. That would be sweet!
