Shannen Doherty, who of course starred in the original “90210,” has joined the cast of the CW Network’s upcoming “90210” spin-off.
The new “90210” focuses on a younger generation of Beverly Hills students, but Doherty will once again be playing the role that made her famous. US Magazine says:
Along with Doherty, both Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth will be appearing on the new show. You know, I had no interest in the CW’s “90210” before, but now I’m beginning to change my mind. It doesn’t even feel like a TV show so much as it does a charity event. “Support the former cast of 90210. Help these stars get back on their feet.” I suggest you all watch. If you’ve never done charity work before, it’s extremely rewarding. I used to donate my time toward working with autistic children, but now I think I’m going to start watching this show instead. This sounds like more fun. Plus I’m pretty sure you get the same tax write-offs.
