Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky and America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden were both arrested after a physical altercation in an airport on Wednesday. TMZ says:
TMZ goes on to say that a member of Golden’s crew bit Blonsky’s foot, and that Blonsky’s dad was also arrested after assaulting Golden’s mom.
Blonsky and Golden were both charged with assault. Both have been released on bail. Blonsky’s dad, on the other hand, was charged with inflicting bodily harm and will remain in jail until August 8th.
Carl Blonsky must have really done a number on that woman. My initial reaction was, “how can you ever hit a woman, especially over something as stupid as saving a seat?” But then I remembered that this was a small Caribbean airport, so it was probably like 8 straw chairs and everyone else had to sit on a live alligator. That doesn’t justify his actions but it makes them a little easier to understand. No amount of pre-flight Bacardi can soothe a bad alligator bite.
