Carrie Underwood recently told Us Magazine that her former love interest, Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo still calls her from time to time! From Us Magazine:
The American Idol winner opens up in Allure's September issue about dating Dallas Cowboys player Tony Romo, Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford and a boyfriend who cheated on her in college.
"We were both small-town people doing very big things, and we relied on each other, dealing with fame," she says of Romo. "I don't know. The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer."
On her recent split with Crawford, she explains: 'We didn't have a fight. No one cheated. It plain didn't work.'
Wait a minute, Tony Romo still calls his former flame Carrie Underwood event though he's been dating Jessica Simpson for quite a while now. Something about that just doesn't sound right... is he going behind Jessica's back when he's doing this. If so, I don't think Jess would be to happy about that. Sure, she's probably slightly hotter than Carrie Underwood, but Carrie is still really hot and probably a whole lot smarter than Jessica, so maybe Jess should watch out for the possibility of Tony and Carrie re-igniting an old flame!
