To everyone on Earth's surprise, Andy Dick won't face sexual battery charges afterall according to USMagazine:
The former star of NewsRadio, 42, still faces misdemeanor drug possession and battery charges, though no felony charges.
A 17-year-old girl told police Dick, 42, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," police told the AP.
Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found Dick's pants pockets; he also appeared "extremely intoxicated," police said.
Last year, he was cited in Columbus, Ohio for urinating in public. He was also ejected from Jimmy Kimmel Live last year after he refused to stop fondling Ivanka Trump.

Regardless of the outcome, there's no question that Andy's guilty. He most likely raped her, too. I would rather leave a 3 year old kid in Charles Manson's cell than with Andy Dick.
