On September 21, 2007, Salma Hayek finally gave birth to the child that was living in her tummy for quite a while now. It is believed that firefighters from several counties in southern California used the jaws of life to forcibly pull the child out of Salma's womb.
Okay, the whole jaws of life thing is untrue and she simply gave birth to a baby girl named Valentina Paloma Pinault at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. But look at the size of Salma's love bump as she was seen about a month ago walking around while carrying that massive child inside her. That thing is huge!
You know what else is huge in that picture?.. well, let's just say that the little kid should never go thirsty with a mommy carrying around those 5-gallon jugs all day.
