A weight loss company is featuring Kim Kardashian in advertisements for its colon-related pill product, alluding that Kim lost 42 pounds using their product. Problem is, there's no way Kim lost any weight in that fat ass. According to TMZ:
The ads, which are plastered all over MySpace, feature Kim's image surrounded by what appears to be actual testimony. Sources tell us Kim is furious because she never agreed to anything -- and now she's getting her lawyers involved.
We tried our best to track down who's behind the ad -- but for some crazy reason, we couldn't find anyone willing to take responsibility.

I can't blame Kim. I would be upset if a company was putting out an ad that put too much focus on my anal region, too. Like if my face was superimposed in a gay porn or a diarrhea commercial. Or both at the same time with some weird fetish film. Yum.
Anyway, look for this lawsuit to go away fast. The ads will probably be pulled, but no one will be sued because it's kind of hard to sue a company based in small island without any laws, like I'm sure it is. Poor Kim.
