People is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is being sued by Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro - 3 men that were in the wild SUV ride leading up to Lindsay's second DUI.
Although nobody was physically injured, their suit describes a wild, traumatic ride with Lohan allegedly angry and intoxicated as she went after the other car following a party.
"Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed," the lawsuit says. "Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death."

These guys should be sued for deciding to get in the vehicle with Lindsay in the first place. You're risking your life just by drinking from the same bottle as Lindsay, let alone getting in a vehicle while drunk with her. Obviously they're looking for a quick buck or possibly just a quickie. They would've had a better chance simply stealing her wallet as her tongue circumnavigates Samantha Ronson. Idiots.
