According to TMZ, Joaquin Phoenix has listed his house for sale after announcing he's quitting Hollywood to pursue a career in music.
We're told Joaquin just put his 3,200 sq. ft. Hollywood Hills home on the market through realtor.com. The four-bedroom, five-bath home comes with a swimming pool and a hot tub -- all for just $3,975,000.

The strange part about all of this is that he decided to pursue music after playing Johnny Cash in Walk the Line. Maybe all actors should do this. Kevin Costner should play baseball and Kevin Spacey should start killing people according to the 7 deadly sins. It could be a fun Hollywood trend.
