Mark Ruffalo's Brother Didn't Kill Himself Afterall

So much for believing trashy celebrity sources. And the Associated Press because now they're saying Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, didn't kill himself playing Russian Roulette.

Coroner's spokesman Craig Harvey says an autopsy determined that someone shot 39-year-old Scott M. Ruffalo in the head. He was found with a gunshot wound early Dec. 1 and died a week later at a hospital after being released from life support.

Police do not have any suspects in custody and had not been notified of the coroner's determination by Wednesday evening, Sgt. Michael Publicker said. He said the agency had no further statements on the case.

I'm not a coroner and I also don't watch CSI, but how do you determine the origin of the gunshot? If I hold a gun 3 feet from my head and pull the trigger or some Canadian in a ski mask walks up to me from 3 feet away and shoots me in the head, how can you really tell the difference? Is it really that hard to kill someone in a way that makes it look like he shot himself? Just asking, I've never tried.
