Here's Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt at a Los Angeles Mission, giving food to people who would otherwise be ruffling through your garbage cans. Obviously, it's just for the publicity. If it meant being the spokesperson for an anti-AIDS organization, these two would fly to Africa and have sex with everyone there til they were infected.
