After going out by herself recently, prompting me to post about said event, Heidi Montag just stepped up her retardation with some new images. She seems to be getting some kind of MMA or Karate or Tae Kwon Do training. I don't know anything about martial arts or anything physical really, so it might not be any of those. Either way, she has to stop.
