Ryan Reynolds has Really Gone Downhill

This is Scarlett Johansson at the Extreme Beauty in Vogue Exhibition in Milan yesterday. As exciting as that event sounds, it probably wasn't. Not sure who this guy is with Scarlett, but I can only assume it's Ryan Reynolds having a bad day. Poor guy.
