First of all, someone seems to be consoling Chris Brown in the picture above despite the fact that he beat up Rihanna. And the dude's hand is white, which means Racism is Dead! Hooray! Anyway, according to TMZ:
We're told Brown's people have consulted with outside legal eagles -- including law school professors -- who have said Rihanna's own aggressiveness takes it out of the felony category. Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike -- slapping and striking Brown "numerous times" while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman.
As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.
While I don't doubt the truth behind Rihanna slapping him because bitches be crazy, I think punching her in the face, biting her, and threatening to kill her was somewhat of a harsh reaction. She weighs like 110 pounds, tie her up or something.
