Most people, when given a second chance at life, find God or go on some sort of a mission to make the world a better place. But then some people, like DJ AM, sue everyone instead. E! Online says:
According to court documents filed Friday, the celeb spinner, real name Adam Goldstein, is seeking $20 million in damages—$10 million in medical expenses, lost earnings and profit, and another $10 million for all the mental and physical pain and suffering he experienced during the harrowing Sept. 19 charter flight.
I have no doubts that what DJ AM went through sucked and wasn't fun. Most plane crashes aren't. But then again, most people die in plane crashes and no one sues because when you agree to go thousands of feet in the air and you're not a bird, it's just the risk you're willing to take. Unless you're AM of course.
