Sara Jean Underwood (3 names are reserved for assassins), in case you didn't know, was Playmate of the Year in 2007. That's basically all she's ever done as far as I know, but unlike the other playmates of the year, she actually sticks around to get her picture taken all the time. I always assume the others move to a cave in the wilderness where they hunt and gather their food.
