This story goes back and forth more than anything I've ever seen. Yesterday, it seemed pretty clear that Madonna was going to adopt another Malawi kid, but not so fast says the bipolar Malawai government. TMZ reports:
Despite little Mercy James' uncle signing off on the adoption earlier this week, the courts rejected it citing a requirement that prospective parents live in the country for at least 18 months before an adoption.
