So Jamie Fox suggested Miley Cyrus make a sex tape, which is sort of messed up since she's only 16, but then again, he is Jamie Foxx. Also, he apologized for the comment, but that wasn't good enough for Billy Ray Cyrus. According to USMag:
Billy Ray says, "It was hurtful. There wasn't nothing funny about it. And, quite frankly, I think if I said those things about his daughter, he might not find it so comedic.
I wouldn't say it was hurtful. Funny, maybe. Offensive, most likely. But hurtful? No. I think he's on to something though. He should probably go ahead and suggest Jamie Foxx's daughter make a sex tape and we'll call it even. She's 14. That's old enough, right?
