Fox news reports that after a four-year respite from driving under the influence, Nicole Richie just had to have a DUI rush one more time... you know, for old times sake.
Fox explains:
"On Monday, Richie was spotted going against highway traffic. She allegedly admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot earlier."
Unfortunately for Nicole, Cali law says that if you do it once, shame on you, do it twice and it's a mandatory 5-day jail sentence.
Jail? That's hot. Stripes are so in right now. Let's see if Lionel can bail her out of this one.
