I'm guessing once the phone calls, text messages, pictures of Rihanna with black eyes, and everything else that proves without a shadow of a doubt that Chris Brown is a woman abuser are brought to the judge's attention, he will allow it to go to trial. But OJ just called and said you'll never know.
