What the What?

I'm not sure if the artist behind this was doing an ode to Michael Jackson when he gave Megan Fox that nose or not, but this is just strange. It's apparently the possible cover for a comic book "starring" Megan called Jennifer's Body, in which she goes around hacking up classmates or something. It's a real classy comic.
